I do not look at myself through any medium (on any surfaces and screens; in any unmanipulated photographs, videos (e.g. without beauty filters), art etc.)
I take one polaroid selfie every day.
I make one 15 minutes self-portrait every day. (I do not review the portraits until the end of the period.)
